Confirmation

A tour or service is confirmed only when Ruftana issues written confirmation and receives the payment specified in the quotation.

Traveler changes

Requests to change names, dates or services are subject to availability and any supplier costs. Ruftana will explain known additional costs before processing a requested change.

Traveler cancellation

The applicable cancellation charges and refund schedule will be stated in the accepted quotation. Flights, permits, rooms, vehicles and specialist partners may have separate non-refundable terms.

Operational changes

Routes or activities may be changed for safety, weather, volcanic activity, road conditions, official direction or partner availability. Ruftana will provide the most appropriate practical alternative available.

Insurance

Travelers should hold insurance covering cancellation, medical treatment and evacuation appropriate to the booked activities and remote destination.
