Ruftana aims to keep tour descriptions accurate, but routes, access, timing, accommodation and activities can change with field conditions, official direction and supplier availability.

Requests and quotations

Submitting a form starts a conversation. A booking exists only after Ruftana provides written confirmation and any required payment is received under the terms shown in the quotation.

Traveler responsibility

Travelers are responsible for accurate personal information, valid travel documents, required insurance, health suitability and following guide instructions.

Remote travel

Volcanic, desert, wildlife and archaeological routes involve inherent uncertainty. Ruftana may adjust or stop an activity when the responsible operational decision requires it.

Intellectual property

Website copy, design and licensed photography may not be republished commercially without written permission.

Final booking terms

The confirmed itinerary and quotation should include the final price, inclusions, exclusions, payment schedule, cancellation terms and any activity-specific requirements. Those booking documents take priority over general website information.
