Information may be shared with relevant Ruftana staff and, when needed to prepare a requested service, with operating partners such as hotels, transport providers, guides or aviation partners. Only information reasonably necessary for that purpose should be shared.

Retention and security

Website inquiries are delivered by email. Ruftana should retain them only as long as required for communication, booking, legal or accounting needs and protect the receiving email account with appropriate access controls.
